Premium Password Manager no longer working with updated Avast Browser

Hello, I recently performed the recommended update on the Avast Secure Browser. Now it won’t accept the passwords from the Password Manager. I posted this a couple of weeks ago in the Avast Browser forum and was instructed to move the issue here. I hope you can help me.

When I go here and enable the Avast browser by clicking Add Extension:

I receive the following:

Avast Passwords are now replaced with new Avast Passwords Manager. Don’t you get notifications when you open your Avast Passwords?

In any case, you can initiate update process from “UPDATE NOW” button from your Avast Passwords.

Thank you but I already performed the update. After performing the update is when the issue occurred. The updated version will not sync passwords with my Avast Secure Browser.

Did you install Avast Passwords Manager extension into Secure Browser? It’s a different one from Avast Passwords.

I was in Avast when I received the notice to update the Avast Secure Browser and I did. Then I went into Premium Avast Password Manager (which I have been using a long time without issues) to enable Avast Secure Browser as shown here:

When I try to do this is when I get the error message. It makes no sense that Google and Edge work fine with this product but the Avast Secure Browser gets an error message.

Today when I logged into Avast I received an email that the Password Manager is being discontinued and I migrated to the the new version. I hope this works with the Avast Secure Browser.
