Prevent Avast from taking focus

I was playing a game on my windows 10 pc, when Avast wanted me to know something semi-important, not a critical event, just something nice to know. My game lost focus, Avast got in front window, and my game was lost.

I can’t seem to find a setting to prevent Avast from stealing focus from certain Apps in windows 10. Can you maybe help me find one?

Was the game being played full screen ?
Or did you have the Do Not Disturb mode enabled ?

Was this a Covid-19 Scam notification ?
I have had ONE those and I didn’t see it until I have closed other open windows.
