You don’t say how you are going to attack the task of replacing the old dying HJDD with the new one.
You are obviously going to have to reinstall everything unless you are going to do an image copy (clone) of the old HDD and paste to the new HDD.
You will need to save the avast license email with your license number to use on the new installation, even if you use the clone method the actual hard disk identity will be recognised as changed so you will still have to enter your license key.
