This problem is most likely more a personal than an AVAST problem.
When I open the USER INTERFACE, run a scan and monitor the progress, speed, etc., the numbers are cut off at the bottom. I can more or less guess what they really are but I would much rather be sure what the numbers are, where decimal points are. Here is how it looks graphically:

I believe the solution lies in my windows set up, Screen Properties, once more depicted graphically below.

If anyone knows where I should direct my clicking, your help is welcome, bigtime. I think I have tried all the adjustments in properties, but I do not find the solution. Thanks…
Well the text in your UI is huge, what resolution is your Monitor set at ?
From your second image you probably have the Text size set very large also, see my example image. I have a resolution of 1920x1200 and the text size Normal in my settings
I have a vision impairment, but that does not stop me from making errors…whoppers!!! Thanks… I like what you sent and I am on it for my personal improvment…of this monitor I mean.
Yes an understandable problem of having to set your font size large enough to read it in a small window. Hopefully now you know you can expand it to full screen it will be much better for you now.
