Pro won't automatically update program

I have multiple workstations set to automatically update both definitions and program files, as well as prompt for a restart when needed. I opened Avast today to see it inform me that there was a new program update, and give me the version number (running 5.0.677, it wants to update to 5.0.889).

I can manually update it, but seeing as I have 20 workstations in various locations, that’s not an acceptable or viable solution. Any ideas as to why it’s not updating itself?
