My license was approved by the software and there is no problem in this case.
But when I click on connect, I am faced with the message, connecting … After about a minute, I encountered an error message with the following content:
Sorry, it is not possible to establish a connection.
but i am connected to internet and this problem is not from my internet.
I already use Free 7-days.
