Problem with charge my credit card after the deletion of my account

Recently I unsubscribe and delete my avast account.
After that I received an email for renew of my subscription and my credit card is charged.

How is this possible?

I am from greece and I call us phone number for support. I discussed my problem and gave me the e-mail for support “customer.support@avast.com”.
Sending a message to this address I received an answer

Unfortunately, your email wasn’t delivered because we can’t identify which ticket it refers to.

This very unfriendly behavior and I don’t understand why
