Problem with Microsoft Outlook

Hi to all,

a my customer after avast pro installation could not send email. I’ve tryed to deactivate the outgoing Mail scanning but with no result.

Any suggestion?

Which is the firewall? Which is the operational system?

well......the webshield does block ;)

Followed by still having existing AV or remnants still on system:
Have (or did) they have another Anti-Virus installed in this system, if so what was it and how did they get rid of it ?
