I upgraded my Outlook XP to Outlook 2003 yesterday and since then, when I download the new mail, Outlook stops responding and I must kill it via the Task Manager (I am running WinXP Pro).
All this doesn’t happen if I deactivate the Outlook scan engine from Avast Home. I tried to use the latest version 4.1.315 but it does not help …
It seems to happen when I download mails that are “eligible” to the new system that automatically trash junk-mails in this new Outlook version … any idea about what I can check to solve this issue ?
