Problem with Outlook since Avast update

I updated my Avast with recommended updates this morning and since the Avast update, my MS Outlook (2007) is not working. Outlook ‘freezes’. I cannot send, read messages.

How can I revert or fix this problem?

I have Avast 7.0.1426
MS Outlook 2007

Any ideas?

Do you use Google Desktop?
Which other addons does Outlook load?
