I am using Avast Premier but I am having problem with a virus call PSS10R.CHM Errors.
How to resolve the problem?
OS: Windows 10
Office: MS Office 2016

hey and welcome to the avast forum. your problem might not be malware related but if you want a check up please go to this guide and follow the instruction for how to use frst and post a frst and addation log so a malware expert can have a look at them.

after google your error it might be that you have to remove any old version of the office package you have installed before install a new one
