Problem with subscription - Avast Premier

I re-purchased (extend) my license 14.9, and my card was charged, but my license key is still not extended.

Can someone assist me with this issue ?

I checked already, keeps giving me old activation code and activation file and “request copy” link

I still have unchanged date on the license, as is visible on images
