Problema ANTISPAM Y OUTLOOK 2016 - DESPARECEN LOS CORREOS

Tengo un problema con el “Antispam de Avast Internet Security” y “Outlook 2016” es que cuando alguno de los correos que me llegan a la bandeja de “Spam” de mi cuenta Gmail configurada en Outlook y los “Marco” como “No es Spam” desde el Complemento “Avast Add-In” para Outlook el mensaje o correo electrónico “DESAPARECE POR COMPLETO DE TODAS LAS BANDEJAS”

Es decir:

  1. Llega un correo detectado como Spam.
  2. Yo entro en la carpeta de Spam y selecciono el correo que NO quiero que se Marque como SPAM.
  3. Utilizo el Complemento de Avast para indicar que NO ES SPAM
  4. EL CORREO DESAPARECE. No regresa ni a bandeja de entrada, ni a la papelera,ni a ninguna carpeta ni nada. LITERALMENTE SE ESFUMA!

Ya he probado a entrar vía WEB a Gmail y también desaparecen de ahí. No solo pasa con cuentas de GMAIL sino de HOTMAIL, ICLOUD, ETC…

¿Alguien sabe porque y/o cómo resolverlo?
