Unfortunately the language translation function can’t convert languages in images, so not being able to read it I can’t suggest what might be happening.
Whilst I don’t experience this problem I don’t use Chrome or any Chromium language based browser I’m not personally experiencing this. However some users are experiencing slowdowns with Chromium with Quic/HTTP3 setting in the Web Shield. But this may be and issue in Avast with Windows11, I don’t know if this also applies to Windows10.
