Problems with avast! 4.8 Prof. and Outlook Exchange on Windows Vista

Hello

Opening Emails on MS Outlook 2007 SP1 takes ages …!

It is much better, if I stop the Outlook/Exchange provider or if I delete almost all emails. I did not have these problems with Anti-Virus-Grisoft and I do not have emails with GB attachments.

Any idea why this happens? What can I do to keep the Outlook/Exchange provider running and open emails in a normal (short) time? Is this a Windows Vista Business (all updates done) problem?

thats a known problem of avast with outlook which should be solved with the next program-update of avast! which already is in a beta-phase…
