Problems with Avast scans


Each day, I run a scan and when it is completed, I get a list of programs which can’t be scanned because it says they are password protected. I never set up password for this.
I sent in a screen shot to Avast and never heard back from them.
Might someone help?

files that can not be scanned for whatever reason is just that…it does not mean they are infected. There can be many reasons for this, the file can be in use by another process, belong to another security program, or password protected
