What operating system do you use?
Does it help if you invoke Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs / avast! Antivirus / Change / Repair?
I try to repair the installation, but it gives the same mistake, the operative system is windows xp version 2002 sp2.

I had difficulty translating the message into english so I am not sure of the exact problem. Two words did not translate … vinculos dinamicos.
But, perhaps you are missing the MSVCR71.dll file if you have made some changes to or re-installs of the OS. A Google search for this dll file gives information on this.
