yesterday I purchased the secure line VPN on my laptop and my iPhone and I’m having trouble. I purchased the licence through the AVAST website, it says that the “device could not restore the subscription successfully” - I got 2 mails with 2 order numbers for 1 order. I hope you will fix that - I don’t want to be charged twice! I wrote a mail yesterday - no response! And on my laptop, I open the licence file, which says that it was successfully inserted, but then my AVAST says that my VPN licence has expired please renew. I hit the renew button and nothing happens. All this in the last 30 min of my purchase - and 1 day after. I know that the licence key for laptop is different from iPhone.
Please help
