i scaned my computer and when it is done scaning it brings up this result of last scan. Now when this happens it reads programfile/commonfile.…commontlaion.dll unable to scan. And it also shows a virus but when i hit action and move to chest it freezes up i have done this 2 to 3 times now what should i do
If you have a NT based system, run a boot scan.
If you don’t, disable the process/application that is using it first.
And spend some time reading the help to make yourself familiair with the options Avast is offering to the user.
ok well i am new tot he computer thing so when you say nt system i have no idea what that means nor would i know how to disable something lol sorry
