Process Explorer false positive?

I’ve used Process Explorer (which I remember downloading from legit source technet.microsoft.com) for a long time now, and whenever I launch it, it seems to start two processes, procexp.exe and procexp64.exe, the latter which is apparently a Temp file that is created every time I launch the software. Procexp.exe shows up clean, but procexp64.exe seems to have one blacklist. Could it be a false positive?

When you go over the VT scan results and your read

Probably harmless! There are strong indicators suggesting that this file is safe to use.
the possibility of it being a false positive is very, very real indeed.
