I came across a special offer from Avast for 2-year Ultimate offer for R 442.00 I get hold of Avast via email which is my preferred way of communication. Previously you could communicate with them via email. Is there anyone out or even Avast customer
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member. I’m also using the Avast Antivirus Free option, so I don’t have personal experience of this issue (only what I have garnered in the Community Forum).
Whilst the purchase and subscriptions are handled by email, there isn’t a direct email contact.
That is generally handled via either your Avast Account (logon to id.avast.com) or by using the support.avast.com portal.
Did that two year subscription not have a link to take up the offer ?
I saw it too and was afraid it was spam. There are no special offers when you log into your account and look under deals.
Thank you for the response, so i was not alone. The question is whether Avast after doing away with their customer service email, CANNOT BE CONTACTED IN ANY WAY?
