Profile . . . Edit?

Just went into to my profile and there is not a means to Edit this page. Have I been locked out for some reason? Or is there a clickable part there that I do not see?

You can’t modify your profile unless you have 20 posts, only 4 to go :wink:

  • The problem comes from drive by spammers, who having registered put objectionable or commercial links in their profile signature to try and gain link promotion, etc.

There have also been cases of the PM function being abused to spam forum members, so you will notice that you can’t use the PM function either.

Unfortunately because of the actions of others legitimate members suffer by the actions to prevent this spamming.

READ, READ, READ, READ, READ, READ, as I just discovered the Modify Account. Did not read this far down because on other boards that point is available to Delete Account and I do not want to do that, not at this time.

NOT a PROBLEM 4 me anyway, just could not figure that out. Am still learning about some of the features and hazards of being on the web, been there done that and using for over 20 years and there are new thingys all of the time.
