Profile options

Could somebody please, tell me why in my profile I only have access to “Account Related Settings”, the other options are not there “Forum Profile Information”, “Look and Layout Preferences”, “Notifications and Email” and “Personal Message Options”.

I will like to personalize my profile.

Because there is a restriction for new members with less than 20 posts. This is because of previous abuses (signature spamming) by drive by posters, the same it true of the PM function (Spamming members) that too requires 20 or greater posts.

Unfortunately because of these cretins all legitimate members also suffer.
