I noticed today when I started my computer, the Avast program did not load. When I click on the desktop icon, nothing happens (doesn’t open the program) ??
I have Internet Security.
do you have any other security programs installed?
was your previous used AV fully removed before installing avast?
have you tried the repair option from ad/remove programs > uninstall/change …
HI do a repair on avast if you have windows go to control panel and click on programs and features and double click on avast and go to repair and push on the continue button and let it repair avast and then reboot the computer after the repair is finished. See if that helps if not post a reply for more help.
