Programs freeze and not responding issues

 Hello could some one please help me. I have been experiencing (not responding) issue's for a while now. Had my computer serviced a few days ago but still have the same problem. I have ran the software and have attached the logs as well. MBAM came up clean, OTL froze twice both times at file \windows sidebar\

after double clicking on program header continued scanning, both times, aswMBR ran smoothly except it stopped shortly on one file then took off again.
If there is anything else you need me to do please let me know.

No apparent malware there, does it freeze when you run a particular programme or after a period of time

I hope you haven’t paid for the service since the problem wasn’t solved.
I checked (quickly) the otl log and did not see anything strange.
I suggest to start testing hardware.
