i want to lock my pc e drive so is there any free software to lock drive with password?
What kind of HD are you talking about ??? Internal, external, usb, IDE etc etc
internal drive of my laptop. e.g c drive, d drive, f drive etc.
i want lock f drive with password protected so that no1 can open without password.
You can use Truecrypt which is a free open-source disk encryption software for Windows etc.
Just be careful and don’t forget the password or your HD will be useless.
+1 You can use both file containers or encrypt the whole system (or specific partitions). Very safe.
