Hi, I am trying to activate my Avast product. When I try to download the file I get the message “Unable to down load licence file. The system cannot find the file specified”.
Any ideas ? Thanks for your attention.
What version of avast are you using - Free - Pro - AIS? also include the link of where you are trying to download this file from.

My product is SKU: ISE-08-001-12-AR. I am downloading from my yahoo emails.
This product code should be for avast! Internet Security, is that correct ?
But it isn’t the license file, there should be a file attached (license.avastlic) to the email receipt/purchase order, etc.
You should have got that email when or shortly after purchase depending on the purchase method, did you receive this primary email with the attached license file ?
