Purchased Avast Secureline for Android.
The wording in Play Store led me to believe the license is valid across any and all devices linked to the same Google account.
How do I activate it on my Windows PC? Avast’s wording says something like it will be “automatically detected” - well, hasn’t happened and when I log into my account on either device (I am synced with Google) it does not show any devices for the account (I use Avast antivirus on my PC).

The license is not cross-platform.
avast is working on that though.

I’ve passed along your feedback regarding the wording to our Marketing department. We will try to make it clearer that the license is good only for the platform it purchased on.
Regarding cross-platform, we are working on this and hope to have it released sometime in September. It means, you’d be able to buy a license and use it on any platform you wish.
