[Query] Antivirus Premium & Business Managed have the same activation key

Hello.

I had a Avast Business Antivirus - Managed 3yr sub and a yearly sub of Avast Premium Security on the same account. Re-subbed for both recently. Didn’t really pay attention to the activation keys before until I tried to activate the Business one (failed; says key for wrong product) and now I see that the keys for both products are the same. I have double checked.

How do I solve this? I sent in a support request using the website almost two weeks back but have yet to receive a reply.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I am unable to use this avenue however, as we use ‘…@gmail.com’ for our official use. Public emails are not allowed as an input field.

EDIT: I suppose I should also mention that the account for handling the purchase is also ends with ‘…@gmail.com’.

How did you contact Avast…? If you got a ticket-ID, post it here.

I previously placed my service request from outside my account page, trying the old method of logging in using the order number. Either there was no ticket number using that method or I missed it. I have placed another service request; this time from within my Account Page. It did generate a ticket number using this process; 14752460. I have also attached a screenshot showing both products with the same license key.
