This is probably a dumb question but I want to make sure I’m correct. I posted a topic yesterday about the URL: Mal virus popping up on my computer. I got a reply with step by step instructions on how to remove it and post all the logs from programs. In one part they say not to start a new topic and stay in my own thread. Then it says in another section to start a new topic if I need assistance and when I attach my logs.
So after I run the programs and get the logs do I put that in a new topic or just reply to the message sent to me.
