if My computer is 100% Clean (No Trojans and No Viruses) and Sharing of Files is disabled also Remote assistance is disabled and having avast and Firewall.
can a hacker Use a Some how hacking program to get into my computer by Entering my IP Address?

I heard their is a program to Steal Files from other users.
also I don’t have a web site , can some one like using Portsign to hack me?

Does the Router Consider being a Server?
if you don’t know what i mean i am worried about this Program because some one some how sent me some thing that is named port too : “http://www.darknightmarket.com/portsign/guide_7.html”

I thought the Router was a server (silly me)
SSHL Tunneling (as i found out) only works on Servers that Runs SSHL.

Also Is a Network a Server (I mean a Network connection sharing?).

Oh and by the way , i never asked this question before , the other 2 questions were Questions about SSHL Hacking Not About other Hacking Methods.
This one was about some program i saw (luckily its not free) that hacks and cracks into servers , i am trying to avoid that.

please answer that question then i will stop asking about hackers.
i have lots of haters and almost got hacked before , i am trying to see if he could hack me again using just my ip and my isp link :(.
