Need some help with a stupid ransomware. It won’t let me run safe mode and i can’t reinstall the windows as it won’t boot the CD. I will post my FRST log. Thank you!
Download the attached fixlist.txt to the same USB as FRST
Restart FRST as previously
Press Fix
Once completed reboot to normal mode
Then run OTL
Download OTL to your Desktop

[*]Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
[*]When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
[*]Post both logs
