I have a rootkit which avast! Wont delete. It’s not being detected in boot time scan. Error comes up when I try to delete. I read some other similar posts about this and downloaded combo fix but whenever i try to run it, I get multiple screens of msn messenger opening up and before I even have a chance to close the screens moe keep popping up. Then the computer shuts down. Need advice on what to do please. The virus is preventing internet explorer from working too.
