I use Avast Premier, and for about a month now google-related stuff, like youtube, gmail, google images and maps have been loading awfully slow.
I’ve been looking for an answer and found antivirus software might be responsible, and, indeed, disabling Avast brought things to normal. I then turned it back on and disabled all components gradually to find the culprit - it’s Real Site.
Leaving just Real Site off solves the problem. My idea was to add exlusions like ‘www.youtube.com’, and I did so in the Web Shield component, but it didn’t work.
Any ideas what’s going on? Thanks.
