RealSite blocca SMTP-IMAP tiscali

Salve,
da qualche tempo Avast Premium Security blocca lo scaricamento e l’invio della posta Tiscali col cliente Thunderbird. Il messaggio visualizzato è “Impossibile accedere a IMAP.TISCALI.IT” e nonostante abbia creato l’eccezione, la situazione rimane. Praticamente non scarica la posta e non la fa inviare.

Se disabilito la funzionalità “Real Site” invece, tutto funziona normalmente da Thunderbird.
Ho provato a configurare anche Outlook per scaricare la posta da Tiscali, e ha lo stesso problema “Impossibile contattare il server” (con Real Site attivo) e invece funziona perfettamente con Real site disattivato.

Come risolvo?

What exceptions did you create?

If it’s Real Site that blocks you from sending/receiving e-mails, though I don’t recommend it as it reduces security, you can try exceptions starting with “dns://”; i.e. “dns://imap.tiscali.it” for example.

Thanks! I configured as indicated and it works!
The question is: what is causing this problem? Before it worked fine without putting exceptions.
