Hi,

Since avast upgraded the website, I cannot longer listen to the audios recorded. Any player I use, whether it is on my cellphone on my laptop, throws and error saying the file format is not recognized. How can I solve this?

By the way, the new website looks great but many features are just hard to make them run, have to send commands twice, no refreshing, etc.,

Audio files are uploaded from your device, so there is no change on my.avast side; all files are only saved in origin format. Are you sure that you have all codecs&stuff?
