I’ve gone through and checked all of my apps to make sure that they can’t record, but as soon as my phone is on that rec light pops on even if I’m not in an app. Does anybody know if I can use this app to scan the phone for a virus? Or what I should do. Thank you in advance
I assume this is a notification on an android phone, but I have not heard of a light (LED?) being lit signifying recording. Is it related to video (camera) or audio (microphone) recording?

Another thing. Have you accidently changed input from keyboard to voice input on a messaging app or similar?
Or using a voice assistant that listens to your microphone all the time.
