I made an error entering my email address when buying a new silver subscription, so I have not received the email to activate my new subscription, but cannot figure out how to change this, and it seems to be utterly impossible to talk to an actual human being in this company!! Does anyone have any thoughts on how to rectify my error, or to get in touch with a real person?
