Bonjour,

je souhaite formater mon pc et avant cela, je voudrais récupérer ma licence Avast.

J’ai réalisé ma commande il y a plusieurs années sur une adresse mail que j’ai désactivé il y a un an et j’ai fait ma nouvelle demande de licence récemment mais je ne trouve plus trace de mon fichier licence.

Je suis passé par la page http://www.avast.com/fr-fr/resend-license-paid.php mais il ne reconnait pas mes adresses mails valides.

Je souhaiterai donc récupérer mon fichier licence sur l’une de mes adresses mails valides.
Pour information, j’ai trouvé un fichier dans le dossier licence de mon répertoire Avast mais je ne suis pas certain que ce fichier suffise lors de la réinstallation d’Avast.

Hello,

I want to reinstall windows on my computer and before that I would get my Avast license.

I’ve made my order several years on an email address I disabled a year ago. I’ve bought a new license recently but I can’t find any mail with the new license file in my active mailboxes.

I went through the http://www.avast.com/fr-fr/resend-license-paid.php page but it does not recognize my valid email addresses.

So I wish I get my license file on one of my valid email addresses.
For information, I found a file in the license folder on my Avast directory but I’m not sure that this file is sufficient when reinstalling Avast.

I made an error on email adress when purchasing. How can I recover my file on the right address.

Try the following: https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/new. Click the ‘I need help with an existing order.’

from the next window, enter as much information as you can - your name, date of purchase, item purchased, how purchased, PayPal, etc. etc. As much information as you can and the fact that you used an incorrect email (a stab at what that email address might have been) and your correct email address.

I guess that you typed an “s” instead of an “e”.
I fixed your email address. Your licenses should appear on your Avast account shortly.
