Recurrent "infection blocked"

Helloooo

I’m having this issue and I wish I could get any help please :frowning:

In the last couple of days I’m having this recurrent pop up from avast! 2014 about an “infection blocked”… is always the same URL
and it usually happens on the first click I do in google chrome. It happens only once… everything runs normal until I re-open a new google chrome sesion
and the pop up shows off again… what’s happening? I could be in any website (not in the mentioned URL) and the pop up shows…

Here’s an attachment of the URL blocked

we need some logs from you http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

attach Malwarebytes / OTL / aswMBR logs

removal experts will be online later today…

Okay, thank you!

[*]Let the program run unhindered, reboot the PC when it is done

THEN

Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.

]post the contents of JRT.txt into your next message.

FINALLY

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

[*]Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
[*]Press Scan button.
[*]It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
[*]Please copy and paste log back here.
[*]The first time the tool is run it generates another log (Addition.txt - also located in the same directory as FRST.exe/FRST64.exe). Please also paste that along with the FRST.txt into your reply.
