reddie.net and blackfight.info alert

This problem is driving me insane. I thought I had it fixed, but then my notifications just exploded with 22 new alerts from Avast about reddie.net and blackfight.info

I’ve tried to get rid of this thing and have been browsing the internet for a few days, but I’ve had no luck.

If you have solutions or can help me through this, I’d greatly appreciate it.

I’m also curious what this particular virus does and why I get alerts - all of my malware, spyware, and antivirus scans have come up clean. Is it the program attempting to install itself? And where is it coming from?

Attach your basic diagnostic logs. (MBAM, FRST and aswMBR)

Could you confirm the alerts have now ceased

Yeah, it seems like they’ve stopped. They usually happen randomly so I have no way of triggering them. But I haven’t seen anything for a bit. Am I good to go? Is that all I need to do?

(Sorry, I fell asleep after my last reply above)
