I have now attempted multiple times to request a refund for my order (Order ID: #ADAP1587893727), but your online cancellation and refund system is not functioning. Additionally, I was previously instructed to contact support, yet I am now being told that this email address is no longer in use.
This is unacceptable. I require a direct and functional method of contact where I can resolve this issue immediately. I am not willing to be sent through another broken system. Please provide me with the correct contact information for a representative who can assist me directly.
