Refund and Unsubscribe?!

I did not want my subscription to automatically renew, i have requested a refund but all i could find is an invoice id, is that enough? i don’t have any emails from Avast with an order id or renewal confirmation.

I haven’t received email confirmation that my refund request has been received? how long will this take? will i get a refund?

I’ve never had an account to my knowledge with Avast, when i subscribed last year i did it through my desktop application. I went to reset my password and it confirmed that my email address was not registered so i have created an account but this years subscription is not linked? How do i cancel my subscription and ensure this does not happen to me again? i do not want another payment taken out of my account.

Refund request - https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund If you haven’t got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it.
