I filed for a refund after buying Avast GrimeFighter - it did not work at all…
The 1st of january I received a email with this message: “request will be answered as soon as possible”, but I haven’t heard anything.
I’ve seen others have the same problem here.

I purchased Grimefighter on 1/9/15. It doesn’t work on my computer. After reboot, I just get a black screen with a flashing - I sent in for a refund on 1/11/15. Received an automated reply right after request was sent and nothing else since then.
I purchased Grimefighter with the invoice Invoice ID: 12387081760. Just doesn’t work. Similarly paid £70+ to have an engineer sort out the problems I was having. THey all just re-appeared on reboot.
