Refund - avast support complain

Hello,
I’m writing regarding a refund for a product.
On August 17th, an order was placed using my credit card. That same day, I contacted AVAST about a refund, and I was told it would take 10 business days. It has now been over two months. Avast does not reply to emails, andI a have cnatcted them via chat seventh time. Every time, Avast seem unaware of the situation, I have to explain everything from the beginning, and each time I’m assured that I will receive the money within a few days.

Still nothing. The worst part is that I don’t even have the product, because the purchase was not made under my email account — either you entered the email address incorrectly, or someone is using my card — and this is the second time Iwas told me there’s nothing they can do, but they still takes money. They are practically stealing from me. Even 5 days ago, i was told to get an e-mail from support. STILL nothing. I do not recommend using Avast.
