Refund disabled - chat support inactive

I am trying to get a refund for a product but the last step is to CHAT (!?)
And of course, no human agent is connecting - I have tried several times today.

There is no E-mail to write to, just chat.

This is clear avoidance of granting refund!
Avast is deceiving its customers, borderlining with scam!

Shameful customer care.

I am having the same issue, I disabled auto-renew LAST March, but it renewed again. I have tried to cancel the subscription, I have waited on the live chat for over 2 hours in 2 days. I sat on the phone listening to the auto “we are experiencing high volume” message, over 2 hours yesterday, and another hour today. This is terrible customer service, and I will NEVER purchase from this company again.

AVAST Support is the worst I have ever experienced. After numerous contacts with somebody on chat my issues were never resolved. I had been always assured that they escalate and they will connect with me. It never happened.
Confusions with the subscriptions. On my account page it is mentioned they can’t give more details to my presribtion and they work on resolving the issues. This lasts for months already.
The most terrible support - no phone or email contacts. Just chat with bizzare translations to the local language.
