Refund help and finding subscriptions

When I log into avast it says I have 0 active subscriptions and in the order history it only says I have something from march of last year but I have just been charged £80 for an avast subscription that I can’t find, any help would be appreciated.

I have come here for the exact same reason. I can’t download the software so am after a refund and to cancel my subscription. I have sent several support requests and heard nothing back. I tried the phone number but the messages is '“this persons phone is switched off” …. wondering if I have actually been scammed. I don’t know where else to turn now

Same with me. I am lost and their website is a nightmare, a maze with no exit. I don’t know what to do!
