Refund help/ questions

I request a refund almost 14 days ago and I have read it take them 5-10 to process them. I made two tickets and haven’t heard anything from them. What else can I do?

You read wrong.

avast is trying to handle tickets within 10 business days.

Each time you submit a new ticket you will be put back to the bottom of the stack.
Each time you change a ticket, the same will happen.

Just have patience.

Whatever you do don’t submit any further tickets as that in itself can slow the process. They are dealt with in a first in first out order, submitting a further ticket can set you back.

I will try to attract some attention to this topic.
