Refund isssue

Dear Avast Support Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention that an amount of ₹1699 was debited from my credit card on 7th October without my authorization or prior notice. I did not make or approve any purchase or renewal with Avast on that date.

Kindly look into this matter and initiate a refund of ₹1699 at the earliest. Please confirm once the refund has been processed.
