Refund not received

I have sent a ticket for refund 2 week ago but now i havent been still received my refund from Avast and when i sent a mail for avast support , i got only a email with the same content

Hi,

What the email is conveying, is that you asked PayPal (instead of us) to obtain the refund from Digital River.
Thus any enquiries about the refund status should be directed to PayPal.
It should not take more than 14 business days (excluding weekends).

Once an Avast order is placed into a dispute, we, unfortunately, can no longer assist with processing the refund from our end.
If you would like to receive further information concerning the transaction, please contact PayPal/your bank directly, as they will be able to assist
you with finalising the charge-back.

Once you are logged into your PayPal account, you should be able to call or chat with them directly.

Based on the reply from PayPal it seems that thy might not have your request on hold any longer.

Could you please reply and attach a screenshot of the information from PayPal, to the email: "Avast Refund Request - 11434575 [ ref:_00Db0Z3Sf._5000N2FQqWV:ref ] Someone from our sales department can then contact Digital River on your behalf to ascertain the status.
